Selection Criteria

Participation in the New Visions Leadership Academy is open to school leaders in the Greater Houston area. Participants are selected through an application process that determines depth of interest, commitment of time, and willingness to develop leadership skills with others. Fellows are required to commit to learning, reading, and reflecting on their personal practices and leadership. Participants must agree to attend monthly meetings and serve as mentors to incoming fellows after graduation.
