Sukari L. Stredit-Thomas comes to Houston A+ Challenge with six years of teaching experience and three years in administration. She most recently acted as Social Studies Instructional Coordinator for the North Forest Independent School District. Sukari earned her B.S. in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies from Wiley College. She then earned both her Masters of Education in Education Administration and Doctorate of Education in Curriculum Instruction from Texas Southern University. A native Houstonian, Sukari is married to Rodney Thomas and they have two children.
