Faculty and Staff

Houston A+ Challenge supports the Regional Principal Leadership Academy with a full-time Director of Leadership, a Curriculum Specialist, and a Teacher Leadership Coach. These individuals develop curriculum and provide instruction for aspiring principals, and work with partner institutions to advance the goals of the Academy.

In addition, Leadership Coaches provide guidance and support for Principal Interns during their yearlong residency in local public schools, working in conjunction with host schools and their mentor principals.

Coaches continue their support of the aspiring leaders as they transition into their future roles with partner districts. Faculty Coaches work full-time with Houston A+ Challenge, and Consulting Coaches work part-time.
